Coming Soon from The MIDI Professor:
Fundamentals of Synthesizer Programming, 2nd Edition
Fundamentals of Synthesizer Programming provides an introduction to the skills you need to program a synthesizer and create today's music in the studio and on stage. Used as the textbook for the core course "Intro to MIDI and Sound Synthesis" in the Department of Recording Industry at Middle Tennessee State University, Fundamentals of Synthesizer Programming covers the components and controls — of both analog and digital synthesizers — that are used to create "patches" on a typical synth. Concepts are explained thoroughly using block diagrams and practical examples with reference to Propellerhead's Reason® and the Moog Voyager®.

The Second Edition features newly edited and revised text and will be available in both print and digital formats such as Amazon Kindle and Nook ePub.
